New Private Home Unit Sales for July 2022

Property developers sold 846 units, including Executive Condominium (EC) units in July 2022. On a month-on-month basis, the primary market sales in July 2022 increased 70.6% over June 2022 (496 units sold), thus potentially signalling a gradual pick-up in demand islandwide.

This can be attributed to factors, such as the healthy market confidence and the launch of Amo Residence.

Bestselling Properties for July 2022

For July 2022, coming in first for top bestselling properties is AMO Residence (366 units sold), followed by Hyll on Holland (28 units sold), Rivere (27 units sold), and finally, Perfect Ten, Ki Residences at Brookvale, The Florence Residences, and Parc Clematis – all of which saw 17 units sold in each project.

Of note is AMO Residence, which saw 98% of its units sold on the first day of its launch. The development’s proximity to the Mayflower MRT station, reputable schools, and other attractive amenities also contributed in no small part to its attractiveness to owner-occupiers.

Upcoming Projects for 2022

A total of three developments are slated for launch in the coming months of 2022, namely: Sky Eden @ Bedok, Lentor Modern, and Copen Grand EC. These three launches are located in the OCR and would attract interest from HDB upgraders and some first-time homebuyers.
